Dr. Sudhakar Babu Announces an Additional ₹20 Lakh for the Development of Kosuruvaripalem

Renowned physician and philanthropist Dr. Yakkati Sudhakar Babu has been widely appreciated for his unwavering commitment to the development of his native village, Kosuruvaripalem, in Mopidevi Mandal. Lions Club Governor V.V. Anjaneyulu praised Dr. Sudhakar Babu's dedication, stating that his selfless service and love for his birthplace serve as an inspiring example of social responsibility and community development.

The Community Hall in Kosuruvaripalem was recently renovated with a generous contribution of ₹5 lakh donated by Dr. Sudhakar Babu. The development works included the installation of air-conditioning facilities, modern toilets, flooring on the ground floor, and safe drinking water facilities, significantly improving the infrastructure for public use.

The renovated Community Hall was formally inaugurated on Sunday by Dr. Sudhakar Babu in the presence of the chief guest, Lions Club Governor V.V. Anjaneyulu, along with village elders and residents.

Speaking on the occasion, village leader Kosuru Siva Naga Malleshwara Rao appealed to all individuals who have achieved success in various fields to come together and contribute towards the progress of their native villages. He described Dr. Sudhakar Babu's dedication as a role model for today's youth and encouraged young people to follow his example by actively participating in rural development initiatives.

Additional ₹20 Lakh Announced for Village Development

Further demonstrating his commitment to his hometown, Dr. Sudhakar Babu announced an additional contribution of ₹20 lakh from his personal funds for the continued development of Kosuruvaripalem.

He stated that the funds would be utilized based on the priorities identified by the villagers, focusing on the development of temples, government schools, and the village cremation ground, ensuring that the resources are directed towards projects that will benefit the entire community.

Grand Felicitation Ceremony

The programme was conducted under the chairmanship of Kosuru Dharmaprasad, during which the villagers accorded a grand felicitation to Dr. Yakkati Sudhakar Babu and Lions Club Governor V.V. Anjaneyulu in recognition of their valuable contributions.

The event was organized under the supervision of Kosuru Dharmaprasad and Kosuru Siva Naga Malleshwara Rao. Several distinguished personalities, public representatives, community leaders, and a large gathering of villagers, including women and youth, attended the programme.
